Performance evaluation

Shareholders and Bondholders are referred to the Northam Holdings Corporate governance report for information on the group’s policy regarding the performance evaluations required by paragraph 7.3(f) of the Debt Listings Requirements, which evaluations are applicable to Northam Platinum insofar as the Debt Listings Requirements are concerned.

During the year ended 30 June 2025, there were no conflicts of interest of directors and the executive management of Northam Platinum recorded.
